Waiting Expectantly...

For the arrival of their new little boy!
The Greens & I had fun hanging around uptown, despite the heavens opening up during the middle of our session!

Best of luck to you guys - thanks for letting me capture this special time for you!

Summer Fun with Luke

Hard to believe this little peanut...
Has grown into this cheesin' little man!

We had SO much fun traipsing around the greenway - he made it his mission to find all the gaps in the boardwalk, and he wanted his picture taken by every. single. one.  Boys will be {toddler} boys.  And hey, if that's what a good time was for him, I was happy to oblige!  Not to mention it gave his mom (a former teaching buddy) & I a chance to reconnect :)

A good, hot, sweaty time was had by all!

Thanks so much for allowing me to grow with your (not so) baby boy Sides family!!

The One Where Mommy & Daddy Were Kissing in the Tree House

Meet the Miller Family -

Kayla & Quentin are a couple of the most dedicated FHKids volunteers I know at Freedom House, and it was so much fun hanging with their family for an afternoon!
There was climbing and balancing:

Running and Jumping

And even some romantic dancing...                         ..... and kissing....

...much to the distaste of the littles.  :)

Thanks for totally rockin' out your first-ever family photo session, Miller family - it was a blast!!

Mini Session Madness

With our big move to Africa I thought it'd be great to dedicate just one day to mini sessions where 100% of the proceeds would go toward our move... and the response was phenomenal!  I had 6 sessions on the schedule, some in the morning and some in the evening... and they were all so much fun!  I truly love doing what I do and it was a blast photographing these families. 19 children, 2 puppies and and about 7 miles of running around wore me out - but it was so worth it!
Here are a few of my favorites from the day!
The Griffin Family:

The Matthews Family:

The Smith Family:

The Schuchard Family:

Thank you, thank you, thank you to each and every one of you!  I truly appreciate your support and the opportunity to capture your beautiful families!!
